Terms of Service
The rules for using FleetOne, in plain language.
Last updated 9 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Data BI ("we", "us") for the use of FleetOne, a transportation management service for trucking companies, brokers and fleet operators, available at fleetone.databi.me.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company. The service is for business use by people aged 18 or over.
2. The service
FleetOne helps you manage loads, dispatch, carriers, drivers, equipment, fuel, documents, invoices and related records. We may improve, change or remove features. We will tell you in advance if a change materially reduces what your plan includes.
Some features depend on connections you set up yourself, such as accounting software or telematics. They work only when you connect a supported account and authorise access.
Recorded payments, receipts and settlements in FleetOne are records. FleetOne does not move money between you, your customers, your drivers or your carriers.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must give accurate details, keep your password secret and tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
The person who creates a company workspace is its owner. Owners decide who else can join and which role each person has. Owners are responsible for the people they invite.
4. Your data
You own the records, documents and other content you put into FleetOne ("your data"). You give us permission to host, copy, back up and process your data only to provide and secure the service and as these terms and our Privacy Policy describe.
You are responsible for your data, including having the right to enter personal information about your drivers, carriers, customers and staff, and for keeping your own copies. You can export your records from the application.
5. Acceptable use
You must not break the law with the service, attempt to access another company's data, probe or disrupt the service, overload it, resell it without our written agreement, upload malware, or use it to send spam or deceptive messages.
We may suspend access when needed to protect the service or other users, and we will tell you why where we can.
6. Plans, trials and payment
Paid plans are priced per user per month or per year, as shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. New workspaces may include a free trial of up to 30 days. A trial does not charge a card. When it ends you need a paid plan to keep adding or changing records, and your saved records stay readable.
Where payment collection is enabled, payments are handled by our payment provider. Fees exclude taxes unless stated. You can cancel at any time, and your plan then ends at the close of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next renewal.
7. Public data, signatures and professional judgement
Carrier lookups use public registry data published by government agencies. That data can be late, incomplete or wrong. A lookup result is information for your review. It is not a safety rating, credit check, insurance verification or approval, and you remain responsible for your own carrier and driver vetting decisions.
The rate confirmation and e-signature features give you tools to record agreements with carriers. We are not a party to those agreements, we do not review their content, and nothing in the service is legal advice. Default wording is a template that you should have reviewed before relying on it.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to back up your data, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Planned maintenance and fixes may cause short interruptions.
Support is available by email at connect@databi.me.
9. Confidentiality and security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords and separation between company workspaces. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for the security of your own devices and sign-ins.
10. Our liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties other than those these terms state, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business or lost data.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims about the service in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover claims brought against us by others because of your data, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your dealings with your customers, drivers and carriers.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if you do not pay.
After a workspace is closed we keep its data for up to 30 days so you can retrieve it, then delete it from live systems. Backups are removed on their normal cycle. We may keep data longer where the law requires it.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts there have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the application or by email before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. Questions about these terms: connect@databi.me.
