Acceptable Use Policy
What is not allowed on FleetOne.
Last updated 9 October 2026
1. Why this policy exists
This Acceptable Use Policy protects FleetOne, our customers and the people whose data passes through it. It applies to everyone who uses the service, including your staff, your drivers and anyone you give a link to. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. You must not
Break the law, or use the service to help someone else do so, including freight fraud, double brokering, cargo theft, identity theft, or hiding the real carrier or shipper from the people who need to know.
Enter false, misleading or stolen information, including false carrier insurance, authority or approval records, or signatures you are not authorised to give.
Access or try to access another company's workspace, an account that is not yours, or any part of our systems that you are not meant to reach. That includes guessing links, passwords or IDs.
Test our security, scan our systems, probe for weaknesses or run load tests without our written permission. If you find a security problem, tell us at the contact address and give us a reasonable time to fix it before you tell anyone else. We will not take action against good-faith reports that follow this rule.
Interfere with the service, overload it, or get around its limits, rate controls, permissions or billing.
Upload malware, or content that you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful or harassing.
Scrape, copy or resell the service, or build a competing product from it. Share one login between several people, or give someone a role with more access than they need.
Use public tracking, signing or driver links to send spam or unwanted messages, or to mislead a recipient about who is contacting them.
3. People's location and personal data
Track a driver's location only through the driver link or app, only for the period of a trip, and only after the driver knows and, where the law requires, agrees. Do not use location data to harass or monitor anyone outside work.
Enter only the personal data you need and have a right to enter. Do not use customer, driver or carrier details for marketing that the people have not agreed to.
4. AI and automated tools
Follow our AI Usage Terms. Do not use bots or scripts against the service in a way that is not a documented integration, and do not use the AI features to produce misleading content or to send messages in bulk.
5. What happens if the rules are broken
We may remove content, limit or suspend a user or a whole workspace, and end the agreement for serious or repeated breaches. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you time to fix it. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Suspension for a breach does not entitle you to a refund. Report abuse or ask about this policy at connect@databi.me.
