Track drivers without an app

1. Open a load's Tracking tab and create a driver link.
2. Send it by copying it, by your phone's Text button or by WhatsApp. Automatic texting works if your company has set up a Twilio account.
3. The driver opens it on any phone, taps to share location or choose a status such as at pickup, loaded or delivered, and can add a note.

You can also log check calls yourself. FleetOne reminds you when a moving load has had no contact for too long. Drivers who prefer an app can use the driver portal.
