Terms, privacy and the other legal documents

All of our legal documents are listed on the Legal page. They are the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the SaaS Subscription Agreement (plans, billing and cancellation), the Data Processing Agreement (how we handle personal data in your workspace on your behalf), the AI Usage Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Third-party Services page (the outside providers we rely on and what each receives).

Enterprise customers who need changes to the terms or a signed agreement can ask us. We do not currently offer a service level agreement on the standard plans.
