Security and your data

How company data is separated, protected and backed up.

Each company's records are separate. Staff of one company cannot see another's data.
Private links for signing, tracking and driver updates are long random secrets. Only a fingerprint of each is stored, and they expire.
Owners can create and restore company backups under Settings, Backups & recovery.
The AI assistant is off until your company owner turns it on. When used, it sends only the records it needs for the question to our AI provider, Groq, and it can only read, never change, your data.
