Third-party Services
The outside providers FleetOne relies on and what each one receives.

1. Why this page exists
FleetOne depends on other companies' services for some features. This page says which ones, what they receive, and when. We are not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and their names belong to them. Your use of a provider you connect yourself is also governed by that provider's own terms.
2. Providers we use to run the service
Contabo GmbH (hosting, data centre in France): stores the application, your workspace data, documents and backups. Always active.
Cloudflare (domain name services): resolves our domain name. It does not receive your workspace data.
Resend (email delivery): sends account confirmation, password reset and signing emails. Receives the recipient address and the message. Active once email delivery is configured.
Stripe (payments): handles subscription payments, cards and invoices for our fees. Receives billing contact details and payment details, which we do not store. Active when payment collection is switched on.
Groq (AI processing): reads the question and records needed to write an AI answer or draft, and the questions typed into the website chat. Active only for companies whose owner has turned the AI assistant on, and for the website chat. See the AI Usage Terms.
3. Public data sources
US Department of Transportation open data (data.transportation.gov): when you check a carrier, we send its MC or DOT number to look up its authority and fleet details. We send nothing else. This data is published by a government agency, updates about daily, can be out of date, and does not include out-of-service orders or safety ratings. A lookup is evidence for your review, not an approval of the carrier.
4. Services you connect yourself
These work only if your company has its own account with the provider and authorises the connection. They receive and send only what the connection needs, and they act for you.
QuickBooks Online (Intuit): accounting sync. Needs your QuickBooks account and authorisation.
Telematics and ELD providers such as Samsara: vehicle and driver data into your workspace. Needs the provider's account and API access.
Fuel card providers: fuel purchase imports. Needs a supported account and data export.
Twilio (text messages): automatic texts of driver links. Needs your own Twilio account configured on the server. Without it, you can still copy a link or send it from your own phone.
5. What we do not offer yet
Load boards, EDI and factoring are not available, so no data is shared with those services.
6. Outages and changes
If a provider has an outage, changes its service or ends our access, the feature that depends on it may stop or slow down. We are not responsible for a provider's failures, but we will tell you about material changes. We will update this page when we add or replace a provider, and give notice as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
